$#*! My Parents Keep

January 11, 2011

My sister and I have been trying to “declutter” our parents’ house of late. By no means are they Hoarders material – they’re just people who have lived in the same house for a long time and have accumulated a lot over the years. We’ve been combing through piles of stuff that amass in drawers, cupboards, closets and seemingly on any flat surface. Occasionally, amidst the dross, I find some historical (and comedy) gold. For instance…

My sister’s high school ID card.

Holy moley, look at all that bad 80’s crimped hair! The next year she had much better hair…
